We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the project manager for the account team, overseeing large initiatives and complex accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
  • Draft comprehensive project documents for clients, including white papers, quantitative financial analyses, and presentations to support sales opportunities.
  • Conduct research on various markets and industries to identify growth opportunities and trends for internal use.
  • Address escalated issues and concerns promptly, managing expectations and mitigating relationship risks.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in project management and client relationship management, preferably in a complex or high-priority environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct and refine data analyses to support proposals and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with client counterparts.
