Job summary

PT Bali General Supply is seeking a dedicated cleaning and housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across retail and hospitality areas in Bali. You will handle front-of-house spaces, back offices, and facilities, following daily checklists and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are physically fit with prior cleaning or hospitality experience, honest, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Indonesian language skills are basic; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas including floors, windows, seating areas, toilets, and back office spaces.
• Sweep, wipe, and disinfect frequently touched surfaces throughout the day.
• Empty trash bins, replace garbage bags, and dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure guest toilets are clean, well-stocked, and regularly checked during shifts.
• Refill toilet paper, soap, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of front areas including entrance, walkways, and customer seating.
• Support the team in keeping bar or retail areas neat and visually appealing.
• Follow daily cleaning checklists during opening and closing routines.
• Assist with deep cleaning activities as scheduled, such as floor polishing and high-level dusting.
• Respond quickly to emergencies such as spills or hygiene issues during operating hours.
• Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Report low stock or equipment issues to Store Manager.
• Assist in preparing goods during warehouse deliveries.

Job description
