Job description

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, in safe working order, and meeting all agreed SLAs.

Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.

You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of this role.

To be successful, you should have good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing). Confidence in using a two-way radio, understanding radio commands and etiquette, and a good grasp of technology are desirable. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Successful candidates will need to apply for a hard station ID pass after 28 consecutive days of work. Foreign nationals must provide their Passport, BRP, and a recent bank statement as proof of address. Other candidates can use a passport or photo driving licence. All documents must be valid.

Please ensure you can access public transport to meet the fixed shift times, especially on Sundays.

The working hours are 35 hours over 4 days:

• Sunday 12:30-17:30
• Monday 09:45-20:15
• Tuesday 09:45-20:15
• Wednesday 09:45-20:15

Uniform will be supplied.
