Class Teacher Grade 1-2

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Management: Help manage a classroom of grade 1-2, ensuring a safe and welcoming space.
2. Activity Planning: Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
3. Child Development: Observe and support each child's growth in subjects, language, motor skills, and social interactions.
4. Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.
5. Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all students.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the learning experience.
7. Professional Growth: Participate in training to stay updated on education practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Experience working with young children, especially in small grades (preferred).
4. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
5. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
