Overview

We’re looking for Claim Jr. Manager to support the day-to-day management of health insurance claims. This role ensures claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and SLAs. You’ll supervise a team, coordinate with internal departments, and help improve claims systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily claims processing and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Review and validate complex or escalated claims.
  • Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and performance.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on claims inquiries.
  • Assist in training and coaching team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Health Science, Insurance (MD, Nursing or other medical-related fields).
  • 4–5 years of experience in Claims operations or Case Monitoring (TPA or health insurance).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing daily claims operations.
  • Deep understanding of health insurance products, claims adjudication, and managed care models.
  • Excellent understanding of medical terminologies especially for treatment and surgeries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be on-call for urgent claims or client-related escalations when necessary.
  • Availability for work outside usual hours when required (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays).
