Job description

PT Integrity Indonesia is seeking a Claim Investigation Analyst responsible for conducting online and offline investigations, including desktop searches and inquiries, as well as coordinating with field researchers and specialists. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient written English, and excellent coordination and communication abilities.

What you’ll do:

1. Complete assigned cases from start to finish to meet objectives
2. Define keywords and conduct comprehensive media and directory searches
3. Prepare detailed Task Briefs
4. Manage budgets when necessary
5. Coordinate and allocate fieldwork
6. Analyze data collected from fieldwork and media searches, requesting further explanations when needed
7. Write reports according to requirements
8. Draft insightful executive summaries
9. Report developments to supervisors
10. Participate in research and development projects for capacity building
