Job summary

PT WMM Makna Material seeks a Civil Supervisor for an ongoing hospitality development on Sumba. You will supervise and coordinate contractors, monitor quality and progress onsite, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

Based full-time in Sumba, you will conduct site supervision, manage QA/QC, and work independently in a remote project environment. Accommodation and meals are provided, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/development projects.
• Hospitality project experience preferred (hotel/resort/villa).
• Willing to relocate and be based full-time in Sumba, NTT.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant field

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/development projects

Experience in hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality projects is preferred

Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, site supervision, and QA/QC

Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently

Willing to relocate and be based full-time in Sumba, NTT
