Job summary

Sinar Mas Land Indonesia is seeking a Civil Engineer/Architect to draft RAB and BQ, produce detailed drawings, and supervise civil works at our Medan project sites. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and 3+ years in development or contracting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, with ability to read blueprints and construction designs. Willingness to be located in Medan, North Sumatra, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building / High Rise Project and/or city development roads & infrastructure.
• Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, AutoCAD).
• Having knowledge of civil construction, working drawings, and structural materials.
• Having knowledge of making RAB.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs.
• Creative and have a good design sense.
• Willing to be located in Medan, North Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
• Create detailed drawings of related designs.
• Periodically supervise the implementation of construction.
• Check the work of the contractor to fit the implementation procedures.
• Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (foundation, concrete) and finishing on construction projects.
• Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
• Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations.
• Handle fit-out work and accompanying the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of tenant.
