Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role are required, with strong communication skills in English.

Job description

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelors Degree Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Having experience for building Laboratory for Nickel/Coal or other Minerals will be an advantage

• Master using AutoCAD, SketchUP and others tools

• Minimum 5 year of working experiences in the same field

• Have excellent interpersonal, execution, communication skills and problem solving

• High integrity and enable for speaking in English

• Will be mobile to the projects in Pontiakan, West Kalimantan

• Willing to be placed at CARSURIN’s projects

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Scheduling : Prepare a project execution plan, incorporating procurement, design, and construction phases.
• Budgeting & Cost Controller : Estimate and control project budgets, including materials, equipment, labor, and contingency costs. Monitor financial performance and ensure the project stays within approved budgets.
• Team Coordination & Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers (MEP, structural, civil), contractors, and consultants. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
• Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with laboratory-specific standards (e.g., ISO, GLP, BSL) and building codes. Supervise inspections, testing, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address construction challenges or design conflicts promptly.
• Regulatory Management & Permitting : Coordinate with authorities for necessary permits, licenses, and inspections.
