Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for our project in Indonesia. The role focuses on supervising civil construction activities, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating with customers and subcontractors on site.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and proactive planning to meet project milestones while maintaining standards and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction projects, preferably large to mega projects.
• Ability to lead a team and work well with peers, subordinates, customers, and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical skills and initiative to control costs.
• Good decision-making and proactive resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and comply with SOPs.

• Supervise the civil construcion works effectively for quality and safety aspects
• Communicate well with peer and sub-ordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors
• Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects4.use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
• Able to lead the team by being a good team player
• Good at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost.
• Good at Decision making related to the work
• Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned
• Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project10. able to understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is imlemented in his work area
