Civil Engineering Manager

Lead and oversee all aspects of civil engineering design, documentation, and part specification development.

Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians.

Develop and review detailed engineering plans, technical calculations, and specifications.

Conduct trend research and foster innovation in design processes, material selection, and construction methodologies.

Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and align goals with company objectives.

Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes and engineering revisions.

Prepare and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and long-term project planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Have min 5 years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in managerial level.

Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in construction management administration.

High integrity is a must.

Strong skills in data analysis, engineering documentation, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
