Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage civil engineering tasks related to repairs and maintenance within the KIIC area.
2. Coordinate with external design firms for planning and design of repair works.
3. Oversee general contractors for the execution of civil repair projects.
4. Respond to incidents such as landslides during heavy rain and ensure timely restoration.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including design firms, contractors, and government authorities.
6. Handle administrative interactions and documentation with local government agencies.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience as a civil engineer manager in a Japanese general construction company.
• Experience in civil engineering project management.
• Ability to review civil designs.
