Kandidat akan bekerja sama dengan owner, konsultan, subkontraktor, dan tim internal, melakukan perhitungan volume, menyusun RAB dan jadwal proyek, serta memastikan implementasi sesuai standar kualitas dan K3.

Job description

Plan, coordinate and supervise construction work in the field in accordance with working drawings, technical specifications, quality, time and cost. Resolve technical issues in the field and provide appropriate and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise construction work in the field to comply with working drawings, technical specifications, quality, time and cost

Perform work volume calculations and prepare project progress reports periodically

Prepare and control RAB (Budget Plan) and project scheduling

Ensure work implementation complies with quality standards and K3 procedures

Coordinate with owner, consultant, subcontractor and internal project team

Resolve technical issues in the field and provide appropriate and effective solutions

Perform document control and project document filing

Qualification

Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years experience in construction

Understand working drawings, RAB, work methods, quality and construction K3

Master AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) and other supporting applications

Able to perform technical calculations and basic structural analysis

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willing to be placed in all company project areas
