Overview

Maintain and Monitor Plans – Develop and execute inspection and preventive maintenance plans for civil assets to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. Record, update and maintain maintenance history in CMMS.

Oversee Daily Maintenance – Supervise subcontractors. Handle daily and shutdown maintenance to ensure compliance with company safety standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Control Maintenance Budget – Prepare cost reports and manage maintenance budget.

• Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering; proficient in Microsoft Excel (logic functions, data tables, pivot tables, macros); able to present data visually using charts and graphs.
