Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company
- Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing
- D3/S1 Graduate from any major
- Having good understanding about supply and demand planning and control
- Having good communication skills and good attention to detail and easy to engage with community
- Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly
- Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict
- Proficiency in English (written)
- Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of the region they will be responsible for.
