Get to Know the Team

The Padang City Team is responsible for running Grab's business and operations in the cities within the region. The City Operations Team manages all city budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.

Get to Know the Role

As a City Associate, you will support daily operations and contribute to the development and improvement of our vibrant city of Padang. You will report directly to the Manager. The role is onsite, based in Padang.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Assist in coordinating and managing multiple city projects.
2. Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level, focusing on enhancing mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.
3. Manage the lifecycle of Grab Driver Partners, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and support.
4. Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and guiding projects to successful, sustainable outcomes.
5. Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in management, analytics, business, engineering, or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in city management or sales/revenue generation.
• Experience in leading teams and connecting with people across teams/functions.
• Experience with business process management, risk assessment, and successful initiative execution.
