We are currently seeking a Chinese-Speaking Marketing Staff member to join our vibrant international school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and brand.
Create, manage, and update content across various platforms, including the school website, social media, and newsletters.
Plan and coordinate school events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional videos.
Serve as a liaison for prospective parents and students, providing information and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Collaborate closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals.
Assist in translating and producing content in Chinese (Mandarin) for marketing materials, parent communication, and events.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a mandatory.
Prior experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector, is an advantage.
Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
