  • Develop age-appropriate worksheets, learning resources, interactive teaching materials, and classroom activities aligned with learning objectives.
  • Conduct curriculum research and recommend continuous improvements based on educational trends, child pedagogy, and second-language acquisition best practices.
  • Ensure curriculum materials are appropriate for different age groups and learning levels.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver teacher training programs, workshops, and professional coaching sessions for Mandarin teachers.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and center visits to evaluate teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.

  • Monitor curriculum implementation across learning centers and ensure consistency with established academic standards.
  • Collaborate closely with regional academic stakeholders and local Operations teams to support the successful preparation and launch of the Mandarin program.
  • Gather feedback from teachers, students, and parents to identify areas for curriculum improvement.
  • Prepare curriculum documentation, academic SOPs, teacher training manuals, lesson guidelines, and academic performance reports.
  • Support the development of academic quality assurance systems and standards for the new Mandarin program.
  • Coordinate academic project timelines and ensure key curriculum and teacher-readiness milestones are completed before program launch.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development, Mandarin education, academic management, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a strategic, senior, or managerial academic capacity.
  • Direct experience teaching Mandarin or developing Mandarin curriculum and learning materials for children or young learners.
  • Candidates with strong Senior Mandarin Teacher experience and hands-on exposure to lesson planning, syllabus development, or curriculum adaptation are welcome.
