The China Representative is responsible for overseeing business operations, supplier relationships, and business development within China. This role ensures smooth communication between headquarters and Chinese partners while managing procurement, logistics, compliance, and customer relations. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, or sales within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of China’s automotive market and manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics in China.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong Organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Background in Business Development or Sales is a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; (Written & Spoken) is essential (HSK 4 or 5 is a plus)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
