Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a China - Indonesia Interpreter, located in West Java, Indonesia. The Interpreter will be responsible for facilitating communication between Chinese and Indonesian-speaking teams through accurate translation and interpretation. Daily tasks will include attending meetings, translating documents, and providing real-time language support for production and design processes. The Interpreter will also support cross-cultural communication and ensure that language does not become a barrier in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian languages
• Experience in translation and interpretation
• Understanding of cultural nuances and ability to bridge communication gaps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written language interpretation
• Ability to work on-site in West Java, Indonesia
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related field preferred
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
