Job summary

PT Arctic Bear Baths is seeking a Chiller Technician to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of chiller and ice bath systems. This role requires frequent visits to client sites and professional representation of PT Arctic Bear Baths during installations and service visits.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, be able to communicate in English, and be comfortable traveling across Bali and other areas of Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technician experience, preferably in chiller/refrigeration.
• Technical/vocational education in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in basic written form.
• Comfortable communicating directly with foreign clients.
• Ability to read basic technical diagrams and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission chillers, pumps, filtration systems, plumbing, and related ice bath equipment at residential, hospitality, wellness, and commercial locations.
• Perform testing and commissioning to ensure systems operate properly before handover to clients.
• Check water circulation, temperature control, electrical connections, pumps, and other components.
• Conduct installation checks and ensure work follows company technical standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller and ice bath system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify problems related to refrigeration, water circulation, pumps, electrical components, sensors, and controls.
• Carry out repairs or coordinate with senior technicians when more complex intervention is required.
• Communicate directly with clients during installation and service visits and explain basic operating procedures and maintenance requirements.
• Complete installation and service reports after each job and document technical issues, repairs, testing results, and required follow-up actions.
