Chief Technology Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, innovation, and platform development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in blockchain, fintech, and Web3 technologies, with a strong track record in digital asset operations, NFT platforms, and fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the development and scaling of blockchain-based platforms, digital payments, and Web3 applications.
• Drive innovation in NFT ecosystems and fintech solutions.
• Oversee security, infrastructure, and performance optimization for scalable technology platforms.
• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to align technology with company goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage an engineering and product development team.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to enhance platform capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in fintech and digital asset operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading technology teams within blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industries.
• Strong expertise in NFT platforms, digital payments, and fintech infrastructure.
• Background in platform development, user engagement strategies, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and digital asset security.
• Ability to drive business growth through technological innovation and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in scaling high-performance engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
