Job Description

• Develop a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing digital initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Owners, ensuring alignment across all digital product initiatives.
• Work closely with internal and external executive level (CEO, COO, CTO, Head of Digital Strategy), and operational leaders to align digital products with business priorities.
• Ensure that digital products are designed to integrate seamlessly into client's enterprise architecture and data platforms.
• Explore new product ideas and enhancements to expand client digital capabilities beyond the initial transformation phase.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and industrial digitalization (ideally in mining, energy, or heavy industry.)
• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or AI-driven product development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside executives and operational teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies, MVP development, and iterative product deployment.
