We are now seeking a highly capable Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the operational backbone of our organization—driving structure, alignment, and performance as we scale rapidly.

Role Overview

As COO, you will act as the stabilizing force that complements the CEO’s visionary leadership. You will transform high-level strategies into structured, measurable execution—ensuring our teams, systems, and services run with precision, clarity, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for a disciplined operations leader who thrives in scaling environments and is deeply committed to driving performance and team accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vision to Execution: Translate strategic direction into detailed execution plans with timelines, outcomes, and measurable KPIs.
2. Operational Frameworks & Systems: Design and implement scalable SOPs and workflows. Optimize systems for cross-functional efficiency across multiple businesses.
3. Team & Resource Management: Lead and align teams across departments, ensuring high performance and engagement. Coach and develop emerging leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
4. Communication & Alignment: Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and teams, ensuring vision and execution are always aligned. Lead internal cadence: reporting, tracking, performance check-ins, and operational reviews.
5. Performance Management & Accountability: Implement benchmarks, dashboards, and operational metrics to track progress across business units. Ensure execution remains on track, resolving issues before they escalate.
6. Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day challenges, processes, and team dynamics—allowing the CEO to focus on strategy and growth.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Leader in a high-growth, multi-unit business

Strong background in process design, system implementation, and cross-functional operations

Track record in team building, performance management, and scaling operations

Highly effective in change management and rapid execution

Experience in managing remote and hybrid teams

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
