Established in 1990, our company began as a local enterprise and has since evolved into a dynamic holding entity with core operations in energy, property development, and strategic investments. We operate multiple coal mining projects in East Kalimantan, manage property developments across Java, and support Indonesia’s new capital (IKN) initiatives. We also operate a coal terminal and trading business to streamline logistics and distribution.
As part of our commitment to long-term sustainability, we are now expanding into food estates and renewable energy—including carbon credits and green fuels like biomass-to-hydrogen. Headquartered in Singapore, with strong operations in Indonesia, our vision focuses on innovation, impact, and value creation for all stakeholders.
We are seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operations of our new biomass-to-hydrogen energy division. You will lead production strategies, ensure EHS compliance, manage resources, and build high-performing teams to scale the business efficiently. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in renewable energy operations.
Lead day-to-day operations of the biomass-to-hydrogen energy facility.
Develop operational SOPs and improve workflows for quality, cost, and efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Build and lead cross-functional teams with a high-performance culture.
Manage the division’s budget, optimize cost structures, and ensure strong ROI.
Drive innovation and sustainability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks related to production, logistics, and workforce.
Collaborate with C-level leadership on expansion, technology, and investment planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or renewable energy operations, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of biomass-to-hydrogen conversion methods (gasification, pyrolysis, electrolysis).
Proven ability to manage budgets, production KPIs, and strategic plant operations.
Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
Capable of operating independently in a fast-growing, early-stage energy business.
Help shape the future of clean energy in Southeast Asia
Work with an experienced leadership team and strategic investors
Lead innovation in a rapidly evolving, sustainability-focused business
Competitive executive-level compensation package with long-term career upside
