Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals across a diverse portfolio.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Organizational Development: Drive organizational transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance & Rewards: Design and implement competitive performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • HR Operations: Ensure HR policies, systems, and processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable across multiple business units and locations.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through internal and external branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Advise and partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to support strategic objectives.
  • ESG & Sustainability: Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into people practices, supporting the company's long-term vision.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in all HR activities.
  • Data-Driven HR: Leverage HR analytics and technology to drive decision-making and measure impact.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 15-20 years progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in large, multi-sector or conglomerate environments
  • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and culture change
  • Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience with ESG, sustainability, and employer branding initiatives is highly valued
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
