We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team, a leading luxury wellness and hospitality company based in Badung, Bali. As the Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership, playing a crucial role in driving the company's operations and overall success. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a thriving organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and support to ensure efficient and effective decision-making
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the organisation, coordinating and aligning various departments to achieve the company's goals
  • Managing complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimisation strategies to enhance overall organisational performance
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the wider team, contributing to the development of a positive and productive work culture
What we're looking for
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, preferably in the wellness, health hospitality industry
