As part of our growth journey, Avix is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals in Finance, Accounting and Tax to become key partners to the CEO in strengthening our operations and group structure.

Jobs and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate company financial records in compliance with both regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and precise recording of all financial transactions (receipts, disbursements, adjusting entries).
• Perform reconciliations for Banks Account, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Prepare and submit tax filing via Coretax and DJP Online.
• Assist in preparing company’s annual budget and forecast, while monitoring its realization.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely reporting.
• Handle special assignments and projects as required by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Possession of Brevet A and B Tax Certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation roles.
• Strong communication skill, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup, If formulas) and Word.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate and possessing strong integrity.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
