Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy from our office in Bali. Reporting directly to our leadership team in Australia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and fostering community engagement. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine creativity and strategy, bringing One Life Adventures' transformative experiences to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an innovative, multi-channel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Lead and oversee marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital strategies, ensuring alignment with One Life Adventures' brand values and goals.
Collaborate closely with the Australian headquarters and local teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and deliver outstanding campaign results.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and assess the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Cultivate strategic partnerships, including influencer collaborations and community-driven campaigns.
Stay ahead of travel industry trends and integrate best practices to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Director , preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
Exceptional ability to craft compelling marketing strategies across digital, print, and experiential channels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-culturally.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance metrics.
Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and community-focused initiatives.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Office based 9-5 , Monday to Friday
