PT Apex Nusantara Indo is seeking a Senior Director of Healthcare Network & Partnerships to lead the expansion of our hospital and provider network in Indonesia. The role requires strategic negotiation, contract oversight, and cost containment expertise.

Qualifications

Masters degree preferred.
10+ years of healthcare or insurance experience.
Expertise in network management, cost containment, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand the company's hospital and healthcare provider network.
Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring quality service and compliance.
Collaborate with claims and operations teams to control expenses while ensuring quality care.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
Lead the team in analyzing healthcare cost data to guide pricing and underwriting decisions.
Develop partnerships offering wellness programs and telemedicine services.
