Job description

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Healthcare Provider. Our Client are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead and execute our strategic growth initiatives. This pivotal role will focus on scaling hospital network and specialist centers. As CGO, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the full growth strategy-covering business expansion, procurement, medical recruitment, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive growth strategy for hospital network and specialist centers.
  • Lead market research and feasibility studies to identify locations for new hospital and clinic expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and greenfield projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end business development processes, from concept to execution, including site acquisition, construction planning, licensing, and launch.
  • Create strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (government, investors, medical associations, suppliers).
  • Lead procurement planning for medical equipment, technology, and supplies to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee recruitment and credentialing of doctors and medical professionals for new facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness across medical, HR, legal, finance, and operational functions for new sites.
  • Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Apply growth hacking methodologies to identify and leverage scalable, high-impact opportunities for patient acquisition and service line expansion.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive decisions on patient demand, service mix, and pricing strategies.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in top-tier management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution, particularly in healthcare, hospital expansion, or multi-site business growth.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement processes, doctor recruitment, and operational planning.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and highly entrepreneurial mindset.
