Job Description

As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the organisation's goals.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Providing strategic financial advice to the executive team to guide decision-making.
• Managing financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Developing and implementing cost control measures to improve efficiency.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance overall performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Identifying risks and opportunities to safeguard the organisation's financial health.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

• Proven track record (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably with experience in fintech, digital banking, or tech-driven financial services.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital raising, financial modeling, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience working in ERP impementation is a plus.
