Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Eilteton's business objectives in Indonesia.

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support business growth.

  • Oversee financial risk management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Business Process Management:

  • Manage end-to-end financial processes related to the importation of lubricants from Singapore to Indonesia.

  • Oversee distribution financials, working closely with distributors and partners to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

Operational Finance:

  • Establish and manage the financial infrastructure necessary for the Indonesian market, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions.

  • Implement robust financial controls and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

  • Monitor and optimize working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a key liaison between the Indonesian business unit and the headquarters in Singapore, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team in Indonesia.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ethical behavior, and financial discipline within the team.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Support business development activities, including evaluating new market opportunities and potential partnerships.

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in the oil, automotive, or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards in Indonesia.

  • Experience with cross-border trade, import/export processes, and managing distributor networks.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
