Chief Financial Officer

The Role

As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of an established maritime business. You will be responsible for financial governance, corporate finance, and banking relationships, ensuring a smooth relocation while supporting the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and planning.
• Develop and manage banking relationships, ensuring strong financial partnerships and funding structures.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Advise the CEO and Board on investment strategies, risk management, and financial optimisation.
• Manage corporate financing, treasury, and capital allocation to support business expansion.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and efficiency.
