Chief Finance Officer (Relocation to Bali)

Our client is a high-growth, international B2B technology company operating at the intersection of fintech, algorithmic trading, and infrastructure services. The organization functions as a holding group overseeing a portfolio of synergistic technology ventures in the global finance space. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive team and lead the financial strategy and operations across the group’s diverse portfolio of entities. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a finance leader who thrives in complex, high-growth environments. The CFO will drive budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, and financial governance, while also playing a pivotal role in capital raising, M&A, and guiding long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for evaluating new ventures and guiding investments.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, including investor materials, due diligence, and negotiation.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with financial institutions and strategic investors.
• Oversee capital structure and optimize the company’s balance sheet for scalability and growth.
• Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial standards.
• Manage inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocation across multiple subsidiaries.
• Establish and enforce scalable internal controls, systems, and reporting processes.
• Deliver timely and reliable financial reports for executive decision-making and board review.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a technology, fintech, or investment-related business.
• Deep understanding of holding company structures and managing multi-entity financial operations.
• Strong background in corporate finance, including capital raising, investor relations, and M&A.
• Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities.
• Track record of implementing scalable systems and financial governance in high-growth environments.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
• Willingness to be based full-time in Bali or relocate.
