Chief Finance Officer (Relocation to Bali)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive team and lead the financial strategy and operations across the group’s diverse portfolio of entities. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a finance leader who thrives in complex, high-growth environments. The CFO will drive budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, and financial governance, while also playing a pivotal role in capital raising, M&A, and guiding long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for evaluating new ventures and guiding investments.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including investor materials, due diligence, and negotiation.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with financial institutions and strategic investors.
- Oversee capital structure and optimize the company’s balance sheet for scalability and growth.
- Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial standards.
- Manage inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocation across multiple subsidiaries.
- Establish and enforce scalable internal controls, systems, and reporting processes.
- Deliver timely and reliable financial reports for executive decision-making and board review.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a technology, fintech, or investment-related business.
- Deep understanding of holding company structures and managing multi-entity financial operations.
- Strong background in corporate finance, including capital raising, investor relations, and M&A.
- Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities.
- Track record of implementing scalable systems and financial governance in high-growth environments.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Bali or relocate.
