Chief Finance Officer (CFO) - Organic Fertilizer

Established in 1990, our company has evolved from a local enterprise into a dynamic investment holding group with core operations across energy, property development, and strategic investments. We operate multiple coal mining projects in East Kalimantan, support middle- to low-segment housing developments in Tangerang, Bekasi, and IKN, and manage logistics, coal terminal, and trading operations.

In line with our long-term sustainability vision, we are expanding into food estates, organic fertilizer production, and green energy, including biomass, carbon credits, and renewable technologies. Headquartered in Singapore, we leverage cross-border investment capabilities and deep local expertise to drive impactful growth across sectors, contributing to Indonesia’s economic transformation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our organic fertilizer and green industry verticals. This executive role is responsible for aligning finance operations with corporate goals, ensuring sustainable profitability, and driving innovation in financial systems and investment planning.

You will play a central role in capital structuring, M&A activities, and financial transformation as we grow our agribusiness and circular economy portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business expansion, profitability, and long-term growth
  2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for multiple entities and investment initiatives
  3. Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and debt/equity optimization
  4. Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK, GAAP), and financial regulations
  5. Lead investment planning and analysis for high-growth sectors such as fertilizer, food estate, and renewable energy
  6. Provide strategic input on M&A, joint ventures, divestments, and new market entry
  7. Oversee internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and risk management practices
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders
  9. Drive digital finance transformation, ERP integration, and the adoption of modern fintech solutions
  10. Supervise the finance team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  11. Present financial updates and performance reports to the Board and Executive Leadership Team
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in executive or senior management roles
  3. Proven experience in organic fertilizer, agriculture, or industrial manufacturing sectors is a strong plus
  4. Deep knowledge of financial planning, investment analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  5. Expertise in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools
  6. Demonstrated success in managing capital structuring, funding strategies, and bank/investor relations
  7. Strong command of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and tax strategy
  8. Experience in corporate finance, M&A, and fundraising initiatives
  9. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  10. High level of integrity, agility, and the ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  11. Willingness to travel as needed and manage multi-location operations
