Chief Finance and Accounting (Property Management)

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a background in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting, with prior roles as a Chief, Coordinator, or Manager.

Experience in managing Finance & Accounting functions within property development, apartment, or property consultancy companies is required.

Responsibilities include monitoring company financial performance, reviewing and approving financial statements, audit documents, and adjustments, as well as monitoring PSAK71/72/73 report completion.

Excellent communication, reporting skills, and proficiency in English are essential.

Responsibilities also include preparing monthly reports, supervising monthly journals and balance sheets, and presenting financial statements and profit & loss statements.

The role involves overseeing accounting, purchasing, pricing tasks, and managing AR, AP, Service Charges, and Sinking Funds.
