Chief Executive Officer (Infrastructure | EPC | Construction)
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute is mandatory.
- M.Tech/MBA or additional qualifications in Project Management, Infrastructure Management, or Business Strategy will be an added advantage.
- Min 25-35 years of proven leadership experience in P&L management within large-scale Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction companies.
- Strong exposure to Highways, Expressways, Bridges, Ports, Roads, Iconic Structures, Industrial Projects, Buildings, Factories, Commercial and Complex Mega Projects.
- Track record of business turnaround, project delivery, and team leadership. A stable career path with measurable contributions at every stage.
- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places dynamic leader with a proven track record in turning around businesses, particularly someone who thrives on taking challenging roles.
CTC: Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Profile:
- Full P&L ownership of the business.
- Oversee complete project lifecycle - from tendering, planning, procurement, engineering, and execution to closure.
- Lead project execution ensuring timelines, quality, cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive business growth, new project acquisition, and customer relationship management.
- Build and manage high-performing teams and ensure smooth collaboration with architects, consultants, vendors, and government bodies.
- Build and mentor a strong internal team across functions.
- Spearhead business development, client engagement, and growth initiatives.
- Implement risk management frameworks and internal guidelines for project delivery and financial controls.
