A leading hotel management company is seeking a Facility Management Engineer to oversee operational activities at their hotel in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, expertise in MEP systems, and relevant engineering qualifications. The role requires good communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to perform maintenance and repairs. This position reports to the General Manager and emphasizes occupational safety standards.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Engineering/Facility Management, preferably in a hotel/resort/hospitality setting.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
Able to identify tool malfunction and perform improvements.
Good communication skill, excellent leadership, problem solving.
Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants and vendors.
Thorough, responsive, and able to work in emergency situations.
Willing to be placed at Metland Hotel Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Job Description:
Oversee the operational and maintenance activities of Hotel facilities (electrical, air conditioning, water, mechanical, plumbing).
Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within Hotel Area.
Create work schedules for the technician team and ensure work meets standards.
Perform Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain occupational safety (K3) standards and minimize the risk of facility damage.
Prepare regular technical operational reports for management.
Reporting to General Manager.
