Chief Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Engineer role at LV8 Resort Hotel in Bali, Indonesia. The Chief Engineer will oversee the maintenance and operation of the resort's facilities, manage engineering staff, and ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment and systems on the property.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience in managing engineering staff and projects
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and ESG standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but can be substituted with relevant experience.
