Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer located in Kuta. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel properties. Duties include managing a team of engineers, conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Expertise in building maintenance and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
