The Chief Concierge manages Concierge team members to provide special assistance and information about local attractions to guests, offering a wide selection of choices to ensure guest satisfaction in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

As the Chief Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and ensuring adherence to luggage-related procedures by the Concierge/Transportation staff.
  2. Maintaining updated and accessible information for all Front Office associates.
  3. Communicating any issues encountered to the Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Guest Service Manager.
  4. Training Concierge associates according to hotel standards, evaluating performance, and handling disciplinary actions.
  5. Properly receiving Hilton Honors members and other guests at the airport during arrival and departure.
  6. Providing recommendations to improve services, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
  7. Ensuring Concierge associates meet grooming standards.
  8. Setting team goals aligned with hotel and department objectives.
  9. Maintaining personal presentation standards.
  10. Meeting reporting and service deadlines promptly.
  11. Adhering to security and emergency policies.
  12. Understanding local tourism and city profile to serve guests considerately.
  13. Performing other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

The ideal Chief Concierge should:

  • Possess secondary education or higher.
  • Have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Concierge operations.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Appreciate Hilton's culture.
  • Demonstrate good character and ethics.
  • Obey relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Have strong principles, management skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, decency, honesty, and reliability.
  • Show responsibility and willingness to learn.
  • Preferably have hotel management experience.
  • Membership in the Golden Key Association is a plus.
