Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Chief Compliance Officer to lead compliance for a garment manufacturing operation. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring policies to ensure adherence to labor laws, factory standards, and buyer codes of conduct.

You will coordinate audits, manage CAPs, and drive training across production, HR, EHS, and management teams to sustain high standards of compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance at garment manufacturing.
• Good communication in English for written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of labor law, social compliance, and international audit standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor company compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, factory standards, and buyer codes of conduct.
• Prepare and manage internal and external compliance audits.
• Coordinate with production, HR, EHS, and management teams to maintain compliance standards.
• Monitor workplace safety, employee welfare, and environmental compliance.
• Handle corrective action plans (CAP) and follow-up improvements after audits.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting systems.
• Conduct training programs related to compliance, ethics, and workplace regulations.
• Build strong communication with buyers, auditors, and government agencies.
• Identify compliance risks and provide preventive solutions.
