PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Solar Energy with the following details:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related fields.
Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Proven track record in developing and closing large-scale energy deals, preferably in B2G (business-to-government) contexts.
Strong network and previous working experience with PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara), with a deep understanding of their procurement, regulatory, and approval processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy, drive sales growth, and build long-term client and government relationships.
Solid understanding of solar technology, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and project financing in the energy sector.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in pricing, contract structuring, and commercial risk management.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Job Descriptions:
Lead and develop the company’s commercial strategy for solar energy products and services, with a focus on government clients and utility-scale projects.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with PLN and relevant government authorities to facilitate business partnerships and project approvals.
Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), solar farm projects, and grid integration deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, and operations) to prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public forums, particularly in discussions with PLN and government stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.
Develop sales and revenue forecasts, track performance metrics, and report results to the CEO and Board.
Support project financing and investor relations by presenting commercial plans and project pipelines.
Oversee a team of commercial, sales, and business development professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, industry standards, and internal governance.
