About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Chief Butler / Butler Manager to join Front Office in Jumeirah Bali (National Talent). The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest needs
2. Train, mentor, and motivate the butler team to maintain five-star service standards
3. Conduct regular service audits and inspections to maintain service consistency.
4. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Concierge teams to enhance guest experience
5. Provide feedback and coaching to butlers, ensuring continuous improvement
6. Control departmental expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Luxury hospitality experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong background in butler services, VIP guest relations, or luxury concierge.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
5. Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle high-pressure situations
