Primary Location: Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the daily operation of the accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and taxation
• Financial reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company travel policy and ensure that all travel and expense reports are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures for process improvement regarding quality and productivity
• Develop and maintain internal controls and risk assessment
• Evaluate the financial performance of the company
• Track and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity and guard against forex exposures by following the Group’s hedging policy
• Develop, manage, and oversee the company\'s budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements
• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, addressing issues that arise
• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• Participate in projects in accounting areas or related topics, including new ERP systems and tools implementation
• Recruitment and training: Participate in hiring processes and ensure continuous training and development of the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as Accounting or Finance Manager
• Advanced computer skills with SAP ERP and MS Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and tax treaties; familiarity with regulatory frameworks
• Ability to direct and lead a team
