Job Description:

1. Expert in Sushi and Sashimi production, service, and presentation.
2. Adhere to all department operating procedures, providing feedback on recipe formulation to the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Assistant Manager Food Operations, or Manager Food Operations.
3. Ensure every food item leaving the Galley is of the highest quality in flavor and presentation.
4. Guide, lead, and train direct reports up to Disney Cruise Line Standards.
5. Execute company recipe guidelines for the assigned area of responsibility via recipe booklets, plate presentation, and audits.
