Description

Organize kitchen operations and prepare and serve a range of dishes, especially Indian Cuisine, while supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure dishes are prepared, cooked, and served according to the restaurant’s menu.
  • Communicate politely and courteously with guests and internal customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with property safety, first aid, fire, and emergency procedures; operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Implement and practice HACCP standards.
