Job Description:
  1. Guide, lead, and train direct reports up to Disney Cruise Line Standards.
  2. Execute company recipe guidelines for the assigned area through recipe booklets, plate presentation, and audits.
  3. Organize and implement new procedures in the area of responsibility.
  4. Ensure daily service in the area of responsibility meets Disney Cruise Line standards.
  5. Meet or exceed Disney Cruise Line and Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP) requirements in the assigned area.
  6. Understand, monitor, and ensure proper opening and closing procedures for production areas; follow through with Cooks & Stewards.
  7. Monitor handling and maintenance of operating equipment; proactively report maintenance needs to the Junior Sous Chef.
