Summary
- Assist in supervising outlet and events to ensure efficient operations according to established concept statements, and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
- Monitor service and food production standards in outlets and events, coordinating with the chef de cuisine to implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist and oversee the performance of the Stewarding Operation in kitchens and restaurants to achieve high hygiene standards, minimize equipment breakage, and ensure streamlined resource and equipment flow.
- Regularly verify that only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
- Assist in testing Food and Beverage quality in outlets, maintaining high standards and demanding excellence.
- Implement food safety programs and procedures diligently.
- Always practice safety and hygiene in handling food.
- Maintain personal and environmental hygiene in Food and Beverage operations.
- Be flexible in job functions and perform any other reasonable duties, including redeployment to other departments if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
Qualifications
- Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
- Experience in authentic Chinese Cuisine.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within a 5-star international hotel chain.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or international experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a strong guest service mindset and people management and development skills.
